Unhappy What if I Didn't Run the Stop Sign

My question involves traffic court in the State of: Texas
I was recently issued a traffic citation for running a stop sign which I did not run. I have already gone to court twice and plead not guilty. When I went to court the first time I pointed out to the judge that I thought it could actually be a case of mistaken identity because the wrong intersection was cited on the ticket. Second appearance involved their city attorney, in which they offered for me to just pay the ticket and it would not go on my driving record. I once again plead not guilty and have been reset for trial by judge. What can I expect to happen in court? (I am truly not guilty, if I were I would have admitted to it and paid.) And how should I prepare?

You can expect a hearing at which they present whatever evidence they have, you present whatever evidence you have (if you choose to present a defense), and the judge decides whether or not the prosecutor established sufficient facts to support a conviction.

Thanks for the response...As it turns out went to court this morning and was in there a total of 10 minutes. Was actually called first by the city attorney whom told me "After the police officer reviewed his dash cam video, it was determined that you in fact did not run the stop sign therefore the ticket has been dismissed". So in this case justice prevailed but out of curiosity I wonder as to why the officer didn't review his video until today? Who knows..all turned out well.

Good question.... What did the officer think he saw?
