My question involves traffic court in the State of: Texas
I was recently issued a traffic citation for running a stop sign which I did not run. I have already gone to court twice and plead not guilty. When I went to court the first time I pointed out to the judge that I thought it could actually be a case of mistaken identity because the wrong intersection was cited on the ticket. Second appearance involved their city attorney, in which they offered for me to just pay the ticket and it would not go on my driving record. I once again plead not guilty and have been reset for trial by judge. What can I expect to happen in court? (I am truly not guilty, if I were I would have admitted to it and paid.) And how should I prepare?
