I need help!.. My Employer has made many changes and one is regarding FLMA. Whenever we have a drs visit or call in sick for as little as 15min we are sent FMLA paperwork in the mail, even if it is not a "Serious health condition" If we do not have this paperwork completed by our health care provider, and it is not approved, this counts as an occurance. I have an upcomming surgery in about a month, I was advised by my employer to apply for intermittent FMLA, the Dr's office will not complete the paperwork because they said they do not do intermittent FMLA paperwork per there liability insurance. I am caught in the middle and will continue to get occurances until my surgery, unless they complete this paperwork, do i have any recourse :?: this is very irritating :!:
