My question involves child support in the State of: mn
Just found out I have a 23 year old son from a girl who I dated shortly, she married to another, but years later a DNA test ruled him out as the father.

The mother was on assistance (welfare) for a period of time.

The Mother never made claim or filed on me.

Can she now or the state make any claim of support after the child is 23 and married

Then there is absolutely no chance you will be paying child support....however with that said, if Mom was on welfare they usually go after the father to be repaid....

And you are also not legally Dad.
