Bought House with Fiance, What Happens Now That We Have Split, in Pennsylvania

My fiance and I had a house built in which we went under contract back in August. The house was finished and we moved in on Dec 23rd. We have now split up. She makes double the amount of money I do and paid the majority of the down payment and majority of the mortgage payments/bills. I could only contribute like 25% to them. She now wants me to pay her half of everything, even the down down payment, is she entitled to request this?

Were you ever married? How was the deed structured? If you or your "fiancé" or both took out a loan how is that contract structured? My advice is to seek the advice of a competent local lawyer.

We never married, it is an FHA Loan with both of us on the mortgage, deed, everything has both of our names on it.

Are you keeping the house?

Why should you get to keep the house if she paid for 75% of it?

I think if you are keeping the house, you should pay her back what she put down on it.

If she is keeping the house, then she should pay you back what you put into it.
