Trouble with TransUnion Credit Bureau

This is in the state of PA. I won a default judgment against asset acceptance a debt collector last February 2009 upon checking my credit report last week they still have it listed as I owe them money. I have disputed the debt before and have sent in the court documents that say I won but Transunion says the debt is valid. Is there anything I can do to get it removed or do I have to return to court again and win twice against the collector?

Are you stating that you have a judgment against the third party debt collector? Or are you stating that you have a judgment against the actual creditor holding the debt to be invalid. A judgment against the third party debt collector doesn't affect the validity of the underlying debt.

Its a collector I won against. They have no proof of anything they can't even provide me a debt validation letter request for the info that even says they own the debt. I don't care about getting the actual credit card charge off removed from the credit report but the collection account tied on it. They can't even prove they own the debt.
