I'm currently working a f/t job on a TN Visa, and have no interest in leaving my job until my temporary contract is up.
However, I've been offered a p/t job that I could work under a P1 Visa on weekends (which I also qualify for).
Am I allowed to hold a P1 while on a TN, since both are non-immigrant work visas? I don't want to accept the p/t offer and have my TN revoked or something once the second employer files the I-129...
Any advice is much appreciated!
