    Default Bad credit and re-entry

    Hi,

I live in Europe and plan to visit USA soon. I have B1/B2 tourist visa. I studied in USA for 3 years. During my studies I had bad credit. I couldn`t pay it when I was there. How would it affect my re-entry? I plan to make payment partially. How does it work? I`m not EU citizen.

I do really need some helpful details about these.

    Thank you for your time.

Bad credit shouldn't affect your immigration status, although it could conceivably affect your employment opportunities in the U.S. which could in turn limit your ability to get an employment-related visa.
