Can They Take My House Over Student Loan Debt

My mom just created her WILL and she is leaving her house to me ..If I fall default on a Sallie Mae loan , can they force me to sale my house and pay them ? or take the house from me ?

BTW ..I live in PA

Your mom is still alive. You haven't inherited the house. Simply being a beneficiary in a will gives neither you nor your creditors any present interest in the house.

Yes my mom is still alive , but at the rate I'm going, I know for sure Sallie will not get paid anytime soon..I want to knoW once she passes can they take the inhertied house from me because of defaultED student loans ? I live in PA
