Because i bought something on Ebay from Jan. and still haven't gotten the item. What should i do?

No. but the seller said it should take 6 weeks.

Six weeks? What a con. There is NOTHING that would take that long to ship.

That is the amount of time you have to make a complaint with PayPal. If you wait more than 45 days, PayPal will not consider your complaint.

It violates eBay rules to sell something that one does not have and can't immediately deliver.

IMMEDIATELY file complaints with PayPal and eBay.
