Default Is my marriage and certificate legal?

I was married last July 05, and have already separated in December 05, and am preparing to file for divorce or annulment. I just recently discovered that my husband has been using a 'fake social security number' and used it to obtain our marriage certificate. Does this legally obsolve the marriage certificate and the marriage? and what steps do I take to get out of this fiasco!

You knew who your husband was, right? I don't know why your husband would have lied as to his Social Security Number, but I doubt it has any relevance to the validity of your marriage.
