I know you're upset but I believe you're making too big a deal out of this. Ask for a refund & just don't go back there.

There are only 2 people I trust with my hair. So no matter what, they are the other people I will schedule with.
No way would I go to a $15 and less place. Because...you get the quality you pay for.
I agree you are making way too big an issue over it. Your hair will grow back. I've had a lot of stress the past few years and have had a lot of Breakage. I learned to style around it.
Lost a friend to cancer....when her hair fell out due to Chemotherapy, she lost her long, naturally curly hair. But she was able to make jokes about it, and she was able to use scarves to cover the loss of her hair.
You've got health, you've got hair...you can find creative ways to make it look good.
