NSF on EFT with an international company

I was unable to cover an EFT transaction I did with Neteller, in internation company outlawed in the US because it funds gambling sites on the internet. RIght now I have a negative balance in my account with Neteller. I was wondering if I should just not pay it because online gambling is illegal in the United States and it is an internation company? The money I transferred was lost gambling by the way.

They have not said anything. They just informed me of an extra 30 dollar charge. It has been about a month and I have not heard one word.
