Default NSF on EFT with an international company

I was unable to cover an EFT transaction I did with Neteller, in internation company outlawed in the US because it funds gambling sites on the internet. RIght now I have a negative balance in my account with Neteller. I was wondering if I should just not pay it because online gambling is illegal in the United States and it is an internation company? The money I transferred was lost gambling by the way.

Are they trying to collect the debt, or to take other action against you?

They have not said anything. They just informed me of an extra 30 dollar charge. It has been about a month and I have not heard one word.

Your choices seem to be (a) to pay it, or (b) to decline to pay, and wait to see what happens.
