    Default Received an Unsigned Complaint

I received, by certified mail, a typed complaint from a past customer - they left a space above where they typed their name but did not sign it. I have no problem responding to them but question whether it's considered a legal complaint in Florida since it is unsigned.

Are you talking about a complaint as in your copy of a lawsuit against you, or a letter complaining about your business practices?

If it's the former, the thing that most matters is that the copy filed with the court is signed. If it's the latter, it's irrelevant.
