Doctor's Interview Caused Mental Trauma

yes my family physcian has been treating me for over a year, he knows my intire history, i have a pyschi. for mood disorders and he only needs only to concern himself with my common problems.ect..cold, flu shots, scripts for stomach ulcers..no biggy..other doc handles rest..but hurt back and needed pain med's and was treated very badly :i quote his words as soon as i stepped in his office cause i was crying i was in so much pain,""" ( he looks at my file for 5 sec without looking up and says----WHEN'S THE LAST TIME YOU SEEN YOUR SHRINK") i was shocked...i explained : dog had to be put to sleep-cancer ,it was 12-20-2006 x-mass*** and had just stopped all comm. w/ family members. is this not discrimnation???anyway he said well " U SHOULDNT HAVE ENDED UR RELATIONSHIP with family around x-mass time and i was just stressed out, and it was causeing more pain in back and legs..." duh! actually i had car wreck last year and have disgen.disc dis and hernatiaions in neck and back..hint husband out of town working so i was lifting a 85lb to and from vets office over 10 days before putting him down....so my normal ultracet and zanaflex wasnt doing the job...i felt like he was saying i was a drug seeker or it was all in my head.. so i ask him "u think cause i have bipolar that my back pain is in my head??" he said "ur gonna have to calm down or i wont be able to treat u, ur expression is very rude right now and ive been in here already---(looking at his watch) " i interupted and said "10 MIN. AND U HAVE MY CHART SO THIS IS CALLED A P[ANIC ATTACK!!!!" he left room at this point...what is ur take,please??discrimnation? mental stigma? medical malpractice?
