Unhappy Do You Get to Move Out for a Six Month Trial Before You're Emancipated

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Utah

I am 15 and will be 16 in only about two weeks, and I have been thinking about emancipation for some time now. Someone told me that you have a six month trial period to prove you can live on your own. And that you give notice to your parents saying what your plans are and you can just leave. Is that true??

You have some reading to do: here, here, here, here, and here. You need to read all of the links included on those pages.

Forms are here. Read all of those, too.

A shorter answer would be "no".
