Question Applying for a Marriage-Based Green Card - How Do I Put the Package Together

We've been a couple for 15 yrs, have 3 children together, got married almost a year ago and we're just going to file...

We will be filing the I-130, G325A, I-485, I-765 and I-864 all with it's corresponding things. (I think that's it to start with, right?)

Now we're a bit confused as to how to put everything together before we mail it.

Thank you in advance for your time!!

Ok, When I did this, ours was for a K-1 Fiance Visa...but I think a lot of the common sense approach should work for your situation:

    (1) Immigration is an area where TOO MUCH INFORMATION is better than too little.

I would take each form and the set of information to accompany it...get binder clips for each section. I also created a computer file that went something like this:
    FORM I-130:
    Attachments:
    - (name of item A)
    - (item B)
    Continue this for form.

Also: Before you mail the package, make a complete set of copies for your own records as well.

    Thank you, that is helpful!

I would also like to know, in what order the forms go?

Like what goes up front, in the middle, in the very bottom and so on, does it make any difference?

YES, the order of your forms and supporting documents should be in a specific order.
i used the guide on the first link above and all was perfect.
    Good luck.

Thank you, the link you gave me was incredibly helpful, I was able to put the whole packet together without any problems!!

    I really appreciate it that!!

I am confused as to where to send it, the way I see it, I come up with two different addresses and I want it to be the right one...

They are both in Chicago, since I live in CA, but different P.O. boxes... how can I figure out which one it is?

Thank you again for your time!!

i mailed my package to (filing I-130, I-485 and I-765 all together).

    U.S Citizenship and Immigration Services
    P.O. Box 805887
    Chicago, IL 60680

thats the P.O. Box that shows in the instructions for the I-130, I-485 and the I-765.
