Default Are Expired Tags and No Proof of Insurance Correctable or Non-Correctable Violations

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: CALIFORNIA

I rcv'd a ticket for expired tags as well as no proof of insurance. I have both but did not have @ the time of the stop (in a different bag that is usually left in the car but of course, this time was not). Next to the notation of the "no insurance", I noticed that the officer checked "NO" under the "Correctable Violation..." column. Is this correct? I have insurance and can prove that I had insurance @ the time of the stop, so how can it not be a "correctable" violation? Also, is there a bail amount associated w/this type of violation which is basically a "fix-it" ticket? Please give me some feedback. Thank you!

CVC 16028(a) is not correctable pursuant to CVC 40610 such that an officer can sign it off, but it IS correctable by the court and can be dismissed upon proof of insurance at the time of the contact.

Off hand I do not know the administrative fee associated with the 16028 violation.

This is from the 2009 Uniform Bail Schedule (I haven't seen a 2010 version yet):

Vehicle Code section 40611 authorizes courts to collect a $25 transaction fee for each violation that is dismissed pursuant to subdivision (e) of section 16028.

I had heard that those fees were going up to $35, but I have not downloaded the 2010 schedule, yet, either. And last night I was too tired to look anything up.
