House Hit by Car: Seller Didn't Disclose

Hi. I live in PA and just moved into my new house. I just learned from my new neighbor that a car had hit the house last year and the previous owner did some work to repair house from the accident. My question is whether the seller had a legal obligation to disclose that the house was hit by a car? The home passed its inspection, but what if there is a hidden problem and the foundation fails in the near future-- due to the car hitting the house?

Is there an answer on the disclosure form you believe is false or inaccurate? I haven't seen your state's form - if so, please share the question and how it was answered.
