Conditions of an Injunction

My question involves restraining orders in the State of: Wisconsin

I want the RO

to include:

1. Order the abuser to refrain from (stop) committing acts of domestic abuse against you;

But Not include:
2. Order the abuser to stay away from your residence, or any other location you are temporarily occupying, or both;
3. Order the abuser to avoid contacting you directly or through a third party, with the exception of the abuser's attorney and any law enforcement officer;

And I want it to be valid for 1 year.

Is it possible to ask for this? How likely is it to be granted this way?

If you have no fear of being in the presence of the person who is to be subject of the restraining order, it's hard to see the need for the order. The restraining order doesn't do much good unless it can be enforced short of his hitting you - once he does that, he can be prosecuted for the battery.
