Unpaid Balance on Credit Report

I just re-fianced my house and when they pulled my credit report this company came up as me having an unpaid balance. What is the name of the company of which I have the unpaid balance. I have no idea what this is for and would like to get it resolved as soon as possible. Please let me know what this is about.

If you want to know what is on your credit report, order a copy. You can get a free copy, once per year, through annualcreditreport.com (don't use any other 'free report' website - this is the real one). Note that they will try to sell you your credit score for a small fee, but you can get the report (without a score) for free.
