U.S. Waiver

couples years ago i applied for u.s waiver by filling a advance payroll form i-192 and in dec 2008 i got approved letter in my mail it was a i-194 form with 1 year multiple entry,i use that u.s waiver on 21 of dec 2009 and i went to florida for a week , on that i-194 form there was a i-212 a 6 c i too , if i apply again for u.s its not gonna be hard for me to get it again ? they gave me last time too .

i am getting a u.s waiver the one u suppose to fill out i-192 form and g 325 i guess is that a different type of waiver ?
