Most of the lawyers I talked to today want $500-$1200 to take my case. None seemed overly concerened about the case, just mainly wouldn't know until all evidence is presented to them. One lawyer quoted me at $500 but not to exceed $1200. Should I go with him? He was the only one who put a cap on the amount. Everybody else left it open to an hourly charge, possibly. And how many of you who are reading ended up going to trial? Do I have a chance in hell of the prosecutor setteling without trial? I live in utah.
