if i have a box making buissness and make custom boxes, and offer to put what ever some one wants on the box, in the form of a burning , i dont charge for this the box cost the same wether i put somthing on it or not, but i do this as a service is this illeagle, i dont stock any boxes for sale with ant thing on them but say if some one wanted a burning of jimmy hendrix could i do this,,

What do you mean by "a burning"? Wood burning?

If you create the image yourself, you're fine. If you're using someone else's image, you need to obtain the permission of the copyright holder first.
