Will a Second Mortgage Lender Foreclose with No Equity

My question involves a foreclosure in the State of:N.H.

I filed chapter 7 and did not reaffirm my mortgages .I have been paying both until this month. I did not pay the second. The condo is worth $160 about what my first mortgage is. I am almost finished getting a modification with my first mortgage ,but the second refuses to talk about modification. If I stop paying will they foreclose and get nothing or will they get reasonable ?

That's impossible to know in advance. A lot of second mortgage lenders have acted unreasonably in the last few years.
