thank-you for getting back to me, i guess i don't understand my workmens comp thing ended in 89 and i thought i left it open for these kind of things, but when i contacted the attorney he told me i couldn't reopen it and that the insurance company have to pay, that i had 6 years after that, i have had problems with this arm for over 14 years, but the insurance comp are saying something totally different.
