Default Co-signer Wants To Get Name Off of Student Loan
I am seeking some advice as to how to get my name off a student loan. Yes, I co-signed for a close relative. But this relative has a job and student loan services has all information as to address, etc.

Is it possible for a co-signer to seek legal help be taken off as a co-signer.

Perhaps the borrower is willing to refinance (e.g., student loan consolidation).
