Default Many Hospital ER Visits: One Big Open Account or Separate Written Contracts

My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Colorado

I had many emergency room visits a while ago. All of them are in collections, and each has a separate account number. Are these accounts considered one big "open account" since it's the same hospital or are they considered separate "written contracts" for each visit? They have all been delinquent for 3 or 4 years with no payment. I think the SOL here for written contracts and open accounts is 3 years. Does anyone know when the SOL will run out on these ER accounts? Are they considered one big batch, so when a new one got added, it restarted the SOL, or will each "die off" separately? I'm worried if it's one big account, then the "last activity" will be more recent. Thank you.

As we cannot review the documents you signed with the hospital in association with your bills, we cannot tell you whether these are being treated as separate transactions or an account. Which way were they billed?

I never saw the bills. I never got what they say they have record of sending. My credit report has all of them as separate entries and separate amounts. The alleged accounts they say are in debt would have allegedly been signed to pay the amounts incurred for the patient for the treatment, plus any reasonable collection fees and legal fees. I'm guessing that document would have only been for that visit since it is required to be signed for each visit?
