Ok, so in the discovery there is only one pic of my wife with hardly any mark on her nose..and no pics the police took of me with my shirt torn and hand bitten..can the prosecutor do this and not hand over everything in its entirety..that is crucial evidence for me..I have a claim of self defense

Can this be an objection with the judge and can he dismiss the case if they dont hand over the pics to my lawyer? why would they do that?
