Does the Father Still Have to Pay Child Support if the Mother Remarries

In Michigan one of my 19 year old relatives (person A) is ordered to pay child support for two children. The 19 year old mother (person B) is on SSI and Section 8. Person A has no job. Person A is two years behind in paying child support. Person B is planning to marry someone (person C) in January, year 2010. Person C has a part time job. Is there anything Person A can do to change the judge's ruling to make child support payments in the state of Michigan?

Yes. Person A keep paying. UNLESS Person C is crazy enough to adobt the children.

But it seem like Person B and Person C are praying Person A get a good paying job to support everyone.

Person A is 19 and is 2 years BEHIND in child support payments?????????? FOR TWO CHILDREN??????

I am afraid to ask....How old are these children??

How much is the monthly child support payments for a pair of 17 years old (I am guessing (more like hoping) the children are 2)...$10.00 to $25.00/month????

Person C is 19 with a part time job and is going to marry Person B who has two children by the same man, and is on welfare? How long has Person B & C been dating? a month? Is Person C about to become a parent?????

Thread title..."Remarried" that mean Person A and Person B was married....so now they are not. And person A is 2 years behind. What age did they get married?

This is some story....

I swear I read somewhere about welfare and child support.....Person A might want to look in to that instead of re-marriage.
