Default Injured on Yacht
It isn't immediately apparent which laws would govern your situation - for example, you might be viewed as a land-based worker who just happened to be injured while on the yacht. Also, issues arise with insurance coverage - what coverage did the employer and/or yacht owner possess? If you have a standard workers' compensation claim under state law, the state in which you were technically employed will likely define your benefits, and it is not clear if that would be one of the states you identified, or yet another state.

I think you would benefit from consulting with a lawyer in your area, about this issue. There are quite a few lawyers in Florida who handle maritime injury claims and other on-boat injury claims.
