My question involves a traffic citation from the state of: Maryland

Hey guys digging around on the internet I had no idea the magnitude of this problem. My wife and I live in PA and we were sent a late fee notice from Linebarger for a ticket that WAS NOT ours. This car was in PA at the time the ticket was written and we had a lawyer friend file paper work for lack of due process because , well we never got a ticket therefore could not request a trial. We even sent in my wifes timeclock ticket proving that 1. we live in PA and 2. she was at work that day. Ticket say its from 8/11/05 and still to this day we get a late notice in the mail requesting payment for a ticket that is not ours....is there anymore info on this corruption taking place? I see now through google that this Linebarger is a crooked AAL.
