What are my options, a company termination me while I was FMLA even thought they Had the paperwork, they sent me a letter stating that I had abandon my job, after 2 day they brought me back. But this company refuses to let me use my PTO time during FMLA and they have not paid me a sent March 02/06. What recourse would you take?

So they did not terminate your employment? (Or, they did but reconsidered, and now you are again employed by them but on continuing FMLA leave?)
