Default I Have Mental Problems, Acted Suicdal, and They Want to Violate Me

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Michigan. I pled guilty to possession of small amount of prescripition narcotic medication and was given 333.7411 where the judge does not accept guilty plea but puts me on probation for period of time and at end record is expunged. I have mental problems depression, anxiety, impulse control, suicide ideation. One day I was to appear in court for show cause for failure to pay child support. I became angry and started riding my bicycle against traffic on a major highway. Put in mental hospital for 6 days. police did not arrest me but did detain me for ambulance. Now probation officier wants to violate me re my probation so I lose 7411. You think judge will withdraw 7411 opportunity and now accept my guilty plea?

It's quite possible. You should be working with a criminal defense lawyer.
