Need to find a way home

I was deported in 2004 I had a drug charge in witch i pleaded nolo to and i was sentenced to probation and with adjudafaction was with held at the time i did not think about being deported because i have lived in the states for 37 years after 4 months INS came knocking on my door and took me away and brough me to a county jail and 3 months later was put on a plane to england in wtch i am a citizen of only by birth. I was a legal perment resident
of the states . I have my mother and father that are in very bad health and i was their care taker since I have been gone their health is deterating fast so if their is any way at all you can help I will be very greatfull or at least point me in the right direction.

How long is your period of exclusion?

on the the paper it says at any time because been found inadamissible under section 212 of the act , ore deportable under section 241 0r 237 .

Also my Mother and father have a letter from thier Doctor that they do need my help . Not sure if that could help me get back home , maybe under some kind of humanaterion act of some kind .

Maybe I'm grasping at staws but I can't give up.!!

Perhaps you should consult an immigration lawyer about the possibility of filing a hardship petition. I think you would benefit from professional assistance.
