Class D Felony Expungement

My question involves expungements or pardons for the state of: Kentucky
I was convicted around 20 years ago for possession of alcoholic beverage's for purpose of sale in a dry county, a class D Felony, Received a two year sentence, that was probated for two years, I completed the probation with no problems, and have not been in any trouble since. This was the only time I was ever in any trouble in my entire life. I am now 72 years of age and lead a christian life. I would like to get this off my record. Just found out, Ky law allows for one class D felony expungement for possession of drug's. I'm wondering if alcohol would be considered a drug
Do you think I would be eligible for getting my record expunged? Thank you very much for your help, God Bless......

I don't see any statutory authority for expungement. I suggest contacting a criminal defense lawyer in your state to explore other possible approaches. (Unfortunately I can't promise that any will be available.)
