I was dropped from my insurance company due to being a risk, i'd go into detail but im going to cut to the chase. It was 100% the other drivers fault and i have a witness who says the same. What should i do next in order to get my vehicle fixed, if possible?

To do that would I need a lawyer or could i just call the other driver's insurance company personally?
