Default School Loans took all my Income Taxes
School Loans attached my wages about 2 years ago. since then, they have been getting 400 to 1000 out of my checks every month.

I have been trying to plead Hardship and request less than the 15% to be taken out each month. I am a single mother paying all the bills with no one to help me. Due to this, I am unable to pay many of my other bills (credit cards and so forth). I have tried to reason with them, and solve this by offering that if they lower my % and allow me to pay each month until my account gets off of default . . I have called, fax. . they claim I have no hardship. Nothing has happen from there end.

Now, I went to file my taxes. . .I was going to get a real good return 8,000. This was going to get me back on my feet. I was going to be able to buy a car, pay bills, and be able to try to get on my feet. They took it. My school loans are taking over my life and are destroying my life.

Do you think I have a chance of getting some of my income tax back by taking them to court and proving hardship and somehow make them lower my % from my checks? Or is there no way around these people? Please Help!

They're enforcing a judgment against you?

Unfortunately you aren't going to get your tax refund returned to you.
