Arrow How to Fight a Moving Violation Ticket

I got Moving violation Ticket 22107 Vc.
    Unsafe lane change.
Now When I did the discovery request,
I found the Officer made a Mistake on ID the color of the Car he said I cut off, in his notes he wrote the color is Gold and I have the License Plate and the color of the car is silver.
My question is how I can find out where the driver of the vehicle lives so maybe I can take pictures of the Car.

(By the way I already I filed a complain with the Internal Affairs of the Police agency,Because they in some what use profile to generate these tickets,
I said this because all my traffic violation I got in the car that i have 2 color tones In the other 3 cars I own I haven't got any traffic Ticket .
The way I got all those tickets going to work or coming from work
I been using different cars in the 5 years I commute for approx 1 hour each way.)

Any suggestions on how to fight the moving violation Ticket .

    Thanks

As you know, metallic cars can appear to be different colors in different lighting. With some cars, the effect can be quite pronounced. Even before we get into the issue of what you mean by your car's having "2 color tones," I don't see it as a viable defense.

... Nor a reason to warrant a complaint to Internal Affairs...

Personally, I don't like orange or purple cars but if I was an officer, I wouldn't discriminate against them
I am right 97% of the time... Who cares about the other 4%!

I have a question what is the safe distance when you change lines in the freeway after you pass a car...?
    10,15 or 20 feet..?

    Thanks..

I want to use the Officer written statment against him.
I wouldn't mention the 2 color race look that my car has on my defense.
