Expunging A 261.5(C) Conviction

hello, i live in CA, i just got charge with a 261.5(c), i signed a plea bargin agreeing to pleaing guilty, the deal is 3 yr probation, the charge is a felony for 18 month then after it will become a misdemioner. i was looking to see if i could get it expunge. thank you for your help.

You certainly can't get it expunged before conviction, or while you're serving your sentence. You can read about California's expungement laws here.
