    Default Florida Will Notarization

Florida law requires 2 witnesses to the signature of a person signing a will that don't have an interest in the estate of the signer - if a person writes a will, has 2 legal witnesses to their signature but doesn't have the will notarized, would it still be valid under Florida law???

    Why wouldn't it be?

Note that it can be helpful to execute a self-proving affidavit. But it's not required.

Thanks for the link to the statutes - the answer is clear.
