Was Not Read My Miranda Rights

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Wisconsin

Ok this is quite a doozy I got myself in. It started with this girl I was seeing getting all crazy pissed at me after we had some drinks so I decided to leave the bar we were at. She jumps on the hood of my car as I'm leaving of course getting the attention of the police who happened to be driving by. So I'm pulled over and cited with and owi and pac (2nd offense) and with a passenger illegally riding (her on the hood of my car). So I am arrested and they search my vehicle and find a scale and some papers and what they called "shake" which they said were a couple specs of green stuff. They were not mine and when I asked to see them they wouldn't let me. I was then givin a fine for Drug paraphernalia and possession of thc. I was never read my miranda rights, but in this case does it even matter? I'm not even sure where to start with this or what to do.

Miranda doesn't apply unless police want to question you pursuant to arrest AND want to use those statements against you in court. In your case, they appear to have more than enough to go on without ever asking you anything.

Alright so get this, the officer that wrote me the ticket for possession showed up at my house tonight and said he has voided it. Does this seem strange?
