    Default Credit Card Debt, Judgement

    If cap one wins a judgement, can they garnish bank acc. or wages? Also doesn't garnishment have to be stated and agreed to in a contract?

    Bank accounts yes, wages depending on your earnings and state law.

    No, they do not need to get authorization in their contract to use lawful remedies to enforce a judgment against you.
