EDD Denied My Benefits

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: California
I been dealing with this issue since March 2009.My ex employer fire me unfair. Edd approve my benefits. My ex employer appeal. I also won the appeal around August i found out this information this October ,because it was weird how EDD didnt relay information to me i was confuse i thought i lost it and try to move on ... i did email them to let me know what was going on they reply that they had'nt receive any information from the court of appeal and that they will contact me .They never did. I found out this cause i stay on the phone for 4 hours trying to get an answer they did'nt call me i call them.I attended school in the mean while starting in mid April and drop out in middle of May . When i call to claim my check they said that the reason my case got decline through them was because my school hours. I got confuse,They claim they send me a letter on June that my case was reject because of school ,i told them if i would of known that and i had receive that letter i would of never show up for the appeal and all the effort i put into this. I knew if i didnt search for work my claim will be declined. I also told them i took a temporary job for 3 week around beginning of May . Know there saying how come i didnt report it.i told them i did try contacting them plus they stop sending me the Claim forms to report school and work ,income that wasnt my fault. Like i told them i dont know what was going on. I told them i try calling several times before that to see what was going on since i never receive information from them after appeal. But i have a cell phone i couldnt afford the bill to wait on line for hours. I already have a permanent job Started in July. All i told them is to just credit me for at least the weeks that was still looking for a permanent job which will be only for the month of June . Help need advise . They recently this week send me the form i was missing for the Claim forms and to fill them out and send them to them and the copy of the letter they claim they send me about the school issue in June .Help any advise .They send me a letter to go to appeal. Is it worth it ?

If you have another appeal period, what do you have to lose by appealing?

I have to admit, however, that I found your post very hard to read and comprehend, what with few complete sentences and poor grammar and spelling.
