this is not normal, I know. I allowed my ex husband to move back in with me 6 months ago. It did not work. I want him to move out. He tells me that I cannot kick him out. I will have to file for a divorce. We live in Kansas, they recognize common law. I feel we were just "friends with benefits" in a sense. He has not paid bills, his name is on nothing, and I already had his last name because we were previously married, and I did not change it. Does anyone know what I have to do to get him out... I know, I made a real wise choice.
