    Default No Refund Given

Ok so around September 20th I found this business through craigslist which sells jerseys and autographs. http://photosandgraphs.ecrater.com/

I negotiated a price of a jersey down and the seller said he will send it out within a week. I paid him through his website and then after a few weeks he still couldn't get the autograph so he told me he would give me a refund. I waited and waited then contacted him because I haven't gotten one back yet. Then he said his bank will take 15 days to process one. So I said ok. Still nothing. Then I emailed him again and now I haven't heard back from him in a week. I called the number listed on the receipt from googlecheckout and someone answered who didn't know anything about the business. What can I do? I have all of the e-mails (45 of them) that we went through but no number or name.

    You paid with Google Checkout?

Contact them again, and reference your previous letter.

In a situation like this i would agree that you should keep contacting both google and the seller.

You went through the correct process in a secure payment setting. This is a very unfair situation. Hope you manage to get this resolved.
