    Default Physical Limitations

My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: SC

My question is I was released from the doctor. He permanently put me on these physical limitations No Bending, Stooping, kneeling, squatting, or crawling. What do I do now?

You let your employer know what your limitations are and see if he has a position in the company that he can put you in. If he doesn't, notify your Case Manager so that he/she can place you in a vocational program to learn a different job that will more be in line with your new limitations. You will continue to receive workman's comp while this process is going on. Plus your employer may be eligible for funds to help retrain you in a position the fits your disability's. Your case manager should be able to forward those items to a Vocational Rehab Counselor. Good Luck with your future. Remember, this isn't the end to life as you know it, this is the start of the rest of your life and a whole new adventure!

    Sorry I just saw this.

Talk to a Workman's Comp attorney. And like the other person suggested, talk to your caseworker.

Apply for social security disability, I have the same limitations. What are you doing when sitting in a chair? Bending. If you cannot stand or sit for long period, apply
