Hardship License

Do you have to wait another year if you are on a five year revocation to obtain a hardship from the date you were caught driving? this is CRAP. I am NEVER going to be able to keep my job and keep a roof over my head.

You have to live with the laws of whatever state is involved. As you were told when you posted, laws differ by state.
