My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: Texas
I used to work for a company in Texas as sales manager in 2005, and my compensation was salary plus commission, but inever got paid any commission during the time i worked for that company, back then i was new in the USA and i did not know about the local laws, i did not sign any employment contract with company, just what they called an employment guide, do you think that i have the right to ask for my commission right now ???
NB: i left the company at the end of 2006.
