    Default Auto Repossession Where the Owner is Deceased

    My question involves an auto loan or repossession in the State of: PA
    my father passed away his car was voluntarily repossesed how long do they
    have to come back on his estate for payment?

    When the estate is opened, creditors will be notified of the estate and of the time frame to make claims against the estate.
